柔性压力传感单元用的复合压阻材料研究
【摘要】
柔性压阻材料是一种基于“压阻效应”的柔性传感材料。压阻效应是用来描述材料受到机械应力作用下所产生的电阻变化,不同于压电效应,压阻效应只产生阻抗变化,而不会产生电荷。柔性压阻材料是一种可以依附于各种不规则对象表面,并能感知材料表面作用力,通过压阻效应表现出阻抗的变化,并在电路中进一步将外部机械信号转化成电信号,捕捉材料的电性能与外部压力或形变的定量关系,从而实现压敏传感的材料。
柔性压阻材料由于其特殊的性能,在医学医疗、语音识别、可穿戴电子、智能机器人等领域具有良好的发展前景。从结构上大致可分为柔性高分子导电复合材料和导电三维多孔材料。本文主要介绍柔性高分子导电复合材料。

【Abstract】
Flexible piezoresistive material is a kind of flexible sensing material based on “piezoresistive effect”.Piezoresistive effect is used to describe the change of resistance of a material under mechanical stress,different from piezoelectric effect,piezoresistive effect produces a change in resistance without charge.Flexible piezoresistive materials can be attached to a variety of irregular material surface and can feel the surface force of the material.Flexible piezoresistive materials can convert external mechanical signals into electrical signals in a circuit.Pressure sensitive sensing is realized by capturing the relationship between the electrical properties of the material and the external pressure.
Due to its special properties,flexible piezoresistive materials have good prospects in medical diagnosis and treatment,speech recognition,wearable electronics,intelligent robots and other fields.the strucure can be roughly diveded into flexible polymer conductive composites and conductive three-dimensional porous materials.This text mainly introduces flexible polymer conductive composites.
