基于铁死亡通路探讨异甘草酸镁抗肝纤维化作用文献综述

【摘要】为了了解肝纤维化的发生发展机制以及肝纤维化的治疗现状,本文通过查阅国内外相关资料,简单阐述了肝纤维化的发病机制以及铁死亡在肝纤维化中的作用。

肝纤维化已经成为影响人类身体健康的重大疾病,肝星状细胞的激活是肝纤维化的中心环节。

铁死亡是最近发现的一种新的细胞死亡方式,参与了多种疾病的发展进程。

近期越来越多的证据证明铁死亡与肝脏疾病存在着密切的联系,它可以通过调节细胞内铁离子水平以及脂质过氧化程度等影响肝脏疾病的发展进程。

目前对于肝纤维化的治疗并不是很乐观,西药治疗具有药物价格昂贵、副作用大等缺点;而中药用于抗肝纤维化的治疗正在发掘中。

异甘草酸镁是新一代甘草酸制剂,作为肝脏保护剂,它用于抗炎、保护肝细胞膜及改善肝功能等方面,近来研究发现异甘草酸镁也可用于抗肝纤维化,这为治疗肝纤维化又提供了一个新思路。

【关键词】肝纤维化;铁死亡;异甘草酸镁;机制 【Abstract】In order to understand the mechanism of liver fibrosis and the treatment status of liver fibrosis, we reviewed the related data at home and abroad, and briefly elaborated the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis and the role of iron death in liver fibrosis. Liver fibrosis has become a major disease affecting the health of human beings. The activation of hepatic stellate cells is the central link of liver fibrosis. Iron death is a new form of cell death discovered recently and has been involved in the development of a variety of diseases. Recently, more and more evidences show that there is a close relationship between iron death and liver diseases. It can regulate the development of liver diseases by regulating the level of iron ions and the degree of lipid peroxidation. At present, the treatment of liver fibrosis is not very optimistic. Western medicine has the disadvantages of high cost and side effects, while Chinese medicine is being used in the treatment of liver fibrosis. Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate (MgIG) is a new generation of glycyrrhizic acid preparations, as liver protective agent, it is used for anti inflammation, protect the membrane of liver cells and improve liver function, a recent study found that the MgIG can also be used for anti hepatic fibrosis, and provide a new idea for the treatment of liver fibrosis. 【Key words】Liver fibrosis; Ferroptosis; MgIG; Mechanism 一、肝纤维化在全球范围内,肝纤维化是一个非常严重的健康问题。

它可以由一系列的慢性肝损伤如病毒性肝炎、胆汁淤积肝病、酗酒、非酒精性脂肪肝等所引起,如不给予有效治疗最终可能会导致肝硬化和肝癌。

但是,直到今天,除了消除原发病原或者是肝移植,仍然没有一个有效的方法来治疗肝纤维化。

目前,由肝纤维化引起的肝硬化已经成为仅次于心脑血管疾病和肿瘤的重大疾病。
