一、拟研究或解决的问题针对中药成分的复杂性，利用现代中药提取技术、大孔吸附树脂分离技术、DAC色谱分离技术实现对中药复杂体系进行分离制备，再利用减压浓缩及冻干技术得到标准组分。
本课题任务：采用多种色谱技术，完成中药前胡组分研究，明确药物组分基础，建立前胡药材可重复制备过程控制参数及标准组分制备方法，为后续活性筛选及质量标准研究提供物质基础。
二、采用的研究手段前胡药材5kg，70%乙醇加热回流提取，提取液浓缩至无醇味，上大孔吸附树脂吸附洗脱，依次用水、20%乙醇、50%乙醇、80%乙醇、95%乙醇洗脱，收集各洗脱部位，分别浓缩至小体积，其中20%部位、50%部位、80%部位这3个部位作为标准组分研究对象。
分别采用HPLC进行色谱条件摸索，再利用高效液相制备色谱制备标准组分，各标准组分经浓缩、冷冻干燥后得到标准组分，收录到中药标准组分物质库，作为前胡标准组分。
三、技术路线（见附件）四、文献综述前胡研究现状文献综述摘要：中药前胡为伞形科植物白花前胡Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn的根，具有降气化痰、散风清热等功效，其主要的化学成分为香豆素类化合物以及挥发油类化合物，其主要的药理作用包括降低血压、抗心衰、平喘、抗癌等。
本文就近年来白花前胡的有效成分以及相应的药理作用研究进展进行综述。

As a traditional Chinese drug, it often used in the treatment of colds and coughing, asthma and headaches. The recent research shows that active ingredients of praeruptorum include volatile oil and coumarins, while its main pharmacologic actions including decreasing blood pressure, anti-heart-failure, anti-asthma and anti-cancer. The article summarized the active in gredients and its related pharmacological actions of P. praeruptorum.
