临床研究者对临床试验的认知现状综述
【摘要】：目的 对我国临床研究者临床试验的认知水平与受培训程度进行分析总结，探讨其存在的主要问题，针对问题提出改善措施及合理化建议。方法 通过文献综述的基本方法，采取国内纵向对比之后再与国外做对比，充分体现我国临床研究者真实水平现状。结果 由于我国临床研究缺乏具体实施指南与培训机制，使得临床研究者缺少必备的临床研究技能。研究者素质不强导致了临床试验设计与实施中存在许多问题。本文从研究者责任意识、培训规划、管理体系等内容提出合理化建议，改善研究者水平现状，以期提高国内临床试验水平。

【Abstract】Objective to analyze the cognitive level and training level of clinical researchers in our country，to explore the main problems，to improve the measures and reasonable suggestions for the problems. Methods through the basic methods of literature review，and then compared with foreign countries，to reflect the status quo of the true level of clinical researchers in our country. Results due to the lack of specific implementation guidelines and training mechanism of clinical research in China，necessary research knowledge is needed. Problems such as knowledge system is not comprehensive; training methods can not keep up; management system is weak; sense of responsibility is not strong leads to the lag of conducting clinical trials in experimental design level；data recording incomplete；test data entry incomplete; subjects rights and interests cannot be protected etc.. In this paper,we put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the level of clinical trials in China，from the research of the content of the responsibility consciousness，training methods， management system and so on.

临床研究是指在临床工作中采用新的或者更好的方法治疗患者，它是医生、患者和科研人员共同参与的，以提高医疗水平为目的科研活动【1-2】。临床研究在当今的循证医学时代已经成为医学科学从基础走向临床的必由之路。临床研究对于发现临床问题、总结疾病的临床特点和诊治规律、病因的探索和最终确定、预防和治疗效果的评价，乃至确定恰当的医疗保险政策和卫生行政管理措施等都起着非常重要的作用，而且正成为世界发达国家十分重视的研究和投资领域。【3】
临床研究者是临床试验的重要组成部分，优秀的临床研究者可以使临床试验事半功倍。美国临床研究者可以分为临床与研究兼顾型和研究型两种，按照NIH（National Institutes of Health美国国立卫生研究院）路线图与研究者的三道防线（个人基本诚信、宗教信仰、法律法规）共同规范了研究者的职责，保证了临床试验的科学性、安全性和合理性。【4】
相比之下，我国临床研究还处在初级阶段，临床研究者对临床试验的认知水平较低，责任意识不强，未获系统培训等问题给临床研究带来很多阻碍。下面具体分析我国临床研究者存在的具体问题，总结原因并提出系统解决办法。
