CY-15化学成分、药理作用及发展前景
【摘要】：CY-15是一种新型的低中度亲和力、电压依赖性较强的非竞争性的NMDA受体拮抗剂，可以有效阻碍谷氨酸浓度病理性升高的功能，是由含药小丸和缓释包衣两个部分组成，其中起到主要药效作用的含药小丸。其可以有效地控制阿尔茨海默病（AD）以及血管性痴呆病（VD）的恶化，从而提高AD患者和VD患者的认知、运动和社交能力，改善他们的日常生活的自理能力。这种药物分别在2002年和2003年被欧盟专利药品委员会和美国食品药品监督管理局批准用于中度至重度老年痴呆患者。

The Role and Prospect of Chemical Composition and Pharmacology of Memantine Hydrochloride
[Abstract]: memantine hydrochloride is a new type of low to moderate affinity and voltage dependence of strong non competitive NMDA receptor antagonist agent, can effectively prevent glutamate concentration pathological increase in function, consists of two parts of the medicated pellets and sustained release coating composition, the main pharmacodynamic action of drug is the containing pellets .It can effectively control the deterioration of Alzheimers disease (AD) and vascular dementia (VD), so as to improve the cognition of patients with AD and VD patients, sports and social ability, improve self-care ability of their daily lives. Memantine hydrochloride respectively in 2002 and 2003 was the Patent Medicine Committee of the European Union and the U. S. Food and Drug Administration approved for patients with moderate to severe Alzheimers disease.
