甘草素亚微乳制剂的研究进展
摘要:甘草素是从中药甘草中提取出的一种天然产物，也可以合成，可在食品中作为甜味剂，属于天然非糖甜味剂。近年来的药理学研究表明，甘草素具有保护细胞，保护肝脏，抗肿瘤等功效。但是甘草素水溶性较差，一般制剂往往难以满足临床需要。本文将阐述注射乳剂的优缺点，以及甘草素为何要做成乳剂。另外影响甘草素制剂质量的处方设计，工艺流程和制剂稳定性的影响因素，都将在本文中有所介绍。

Abstract:Liquiritigenin is a natural product extracted from Chinese medicinal licorice and can be used as a natural sweetener in food as a natural non-sugar sweetener. In recent years, pharma- cological studies have shown that Liquiritigenin can protect cells, protect the liver, anti-tumor effect. However, the water-soluble of licorice is poor, the general preparation is often difficult to meet clinical needs. This article explains advantages and disadvantages of emulsions for injection and why Liquiritigenin should be made into emulsions. In addition, the quality of the formulation and the design of formulation , process and the influencing factors of formulation stability, are described in this article.
