流感病毒的特点及抗流感病毒中药的研究概况摘要：简单介绍了流感病毒结构特点及致病机制，总结了近年来抗流感病毒中药活性成分与机制研究，发现中药抗流感病毒的有效成分或部位的研究较多，但机制研究不够深入，存在实验研究与临床用药脱节，临床疗效与实验结果不符等问题。
然而随着流感病毒致病机制研究的逐渐深入，应当结合中药自身优势，在研制抗流感病毒药物方面，发挥中药有效成分更广泛的适应性和优越性，更好地应用于流感的防治。
关键词：中药；流感病毒；有效部位；复方或中成药The Characteristics of Influenza Virus and the Research of Anti-influenza Virus Chinese Medicine【Abstract】The structural characteristics and pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus were briefly introduced. The research on the active ingredients and mechanism of influenza virus in recent years was summarized. It was found that there are many studies on the active ingredients or sites of anti-influenza virus of Chinese traditional medicine, but the mechanism research is not deep enough and there is an experimental study. Divorce from clinical medication, clinical efficacy and experimental results are inconsistent. However, with the gradual deepening of the pathogenic mechanism of influenza virus, it should be combined with the advantages of Chinese medicine, in the development of anti-influenza virus drugs, to play a wider range of adaptability and superiority of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients, and better applied to the prevention and treatment of influenza.【Keywords】Chinese medicine; Influenza virus; Effective site; Compound or proprietary Chinese medicine流感病毒是引起急性呼吸道传染病的主要病原体，具有传染性强、传播速度快、发病率高等特点。
国际上目前主要是进行疫苗接种和使用抗流感病毒化学药物来预防与治疗流感。
由于病毒只能在活细胞生长、流感病毒的亚型变异速度快，疫苗研究和生产速度较慢，使得化学药物和流感病毒疫苗难以发挥其最佳治疗和预防效果[1]，目前也无法有效预测流感爆发的时间、周期，因此抗流感病毒药物的研究受到广泛重视。
虽然抗病毒化学药物品种较多，但多数选择性较低，引起的不良反应较大。
中药作为天然药物，含有多种有效活性成分，具有预防、治疗等综合功效，不良反应相对较低，不易形成耐药性。
目前，已从中草药中筛选出了一些高效抗病毒药物，广泛用于临床，发挥着独特的疗效优势，但中药防治流感病毒仍存在机制研究不深入[2]、作用靶点不明确、有效成分不确定等问题。
我国中草药资源较为丰富、价格低廉，利于研究中药的抗病毒药效。
