论文总字数：19162字摘 要“物流”一词进入中国源远流长且形式多样，较为明显的是两种方式，第一种方式是在1980年初期，随着欧美兴起的“市场营销”理论相关的教材资料中，“Physical Distribution” 一词多次出现，进而流入中国被译为“实体配送”。第二种方式是20世纪50年代，“Physical Distribution”从欧美传入日本，在日本被译为“物的流通”，随着日本进一步的研究与实践，并经过被誉为“物流之父”的平原直先生将其简称为“物流”。自1980年初期，随着我国改革开放，便从日本引进“物流” 概念。本文以我国发展较好的两家电商平台为例，通过对京东和苏宁的电商物流服务的比较，运用调查问卷，从五个角度分析他们的物流服务质量，最后依据分析结论，提出相关建议。供应链管理中，物流的作用是以相对较低的成本、相对较快的速度来移�
