【摘要】
随着综合电子干扰技术的发展,传统雷达所面临的四大威胁促使现代雷达向组网雷达发展。雷达组网充分利用各单部雷达的资源和信息融合优势,较单部雷达覆盖范围更广、可信度更高、四抗能力更强,广泛应用于军事与民用领域。
本文阐述了雷达组网的基本原理、工作特点、关键技术和应用,其中多传感器信息融合技术是雷达组网的技术基础。同时阐述了国内外研究现状和基于雷达组网软件设计的研究成果。

【Abstract】
With the development of integrated electronic jamming technology, four threats faced by traditional radar promote the development of modern radar to netted radar. Radar networking makes full use of the resources and information fusion advantages of each single radar, which has a wider coverage, higher reliability and stronger four-resistance capability than the single radar, and is widely used in military and civil fields.
This paper describes the basic principle, working characteristics, key technologies and applications of radar networking, among which multi-sensor information fusion technology is the technical basis of radar networking. At the same time, the research status quo at home and abroad and the research results based on radar networking software design are described.

1 引言
在现代社会中,雷达及其对抗技术始终是现代战中争夺制电磁权的重要内容。但是传统雷达的单一探测手段已经无法满足作战需要,尤其是其所面临的“四大威胁”(电子干扰、隐身、反辐射摧毁和低空突防)促使雷达向网络化方向发展——组网雷达。
